Soup vine leaves

Ingredients
20 grape leaves
1 bunch spring onions
3 tbsp sunflower oil
1/3 cup rice
egg 1
1 tsp paprika
400 g yogurt
1 tsp salt
Method
Onions and vine leaves finely. Put them in a saucepan with 1.5 liters of water and salt. When boiling add the oil, paprika and rice. Boil until soft rice. Finally thicken with beaten egg and yogurt.
