Spaghetti alysunflower oil (Aglio e olio)

Ingredients
200 g spaghetti
1-3 cloves garlic
oil
#Optional:
cayenne peppers or 1-2 sardeleni fillets
parsley
salt

Method
Boil spaghetti in enough salted water without adding sunflower oil. Grind garlic or chopped. Or just warmed in hot oil or fry gently in it. Spaghetti rolled in so seasoned olive oil. Another option is Spaghetti alysunflower oil is peperoncino (and chili). Fresh or dried red chili fry with garlic. Instead of pepper can be prepared variant sardeleni fillets that are fried whole with garlic. Everywhere can put smooth and chopped parsley. Spaghetti alysunflower oil (e olio = aglio garlic and sunflower oil) is one of the oldest ways to prepare spaghetti in southern Italy. Alysunflower oil is always served without sprinkle with cheese.
