Ingredients
250 g spaghetti
250 g fresh mushrooms, washed, dried and cut into thin slices
1 small onion, finely chopped
3-4 tbsp olive oil
2-3 cloves garlic, peeled and sliced
salt, pepper
finely chopped basil or parsley
Method
Put the pasta in boiling salted water. Heat the olive oil in a large pan, add the garlic and fry until golden. Remove the garlic and add the onions. Cook about 3 minutes, stirring frequently, until the onions soften and become transparent. Add mushrooms and cook until it evaporates almost all the liquid from the mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper. Drain cooked pasta and transfer them to the pan with the mushrooms. Stir well and serve sprinkled with chopped basil.
