Sparzha - Dupnishko

Ingredients
entrails of a pig (except liver)
20 sticks of leek
10-20 dry peppers
5 laurel leaves
20 peppercorns
3-4 kg. pork cracklings
10 dried chilies (optional)
Method
Intestines and kidneys, washed very well (9 results) and lung are boiled in salted water. Chopped to pieces. Mix with finely chopped leeks, crushed pepper, broken pepper and bay leaf. Add salt to taste and boil over low heat until the fat remains. Add finished greaves and boil for another 15 minutes. Pour into jars which are closed with lids and harvested in a cool place. This is a semi-finished dish. When you do cook, remove a jar, fry in a pan for 15-20 minutes and serve with raw pickle.

I guess it's very tasty.

I start doing it, it is very tasty

The recipe is very successful. I sprinkle a little dry savory, almost not felt, but kills the smell of offal.

Why not put liver? I only lung, liver and heart. So I bought the kit. And how to brew?
