Spicy fish fillets

Ingredients
2 eggs
1 stalk leek
100 g flour
fish fillet of hake
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp sesame sunflower oil
chili or cayenne pepper
1 tsp lemon peel
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp cumin
1 slice ginger
Method
The flour is mixed with cumin, coriander and paprika. Fish fillets cut into cubes. Egg whites are broken down into the snow. Fish cubes, sprinkle with pepper and salt, rolled in egg whites, then drain and sprinkle with seasoned flour. Fry in a wok (deep fried) with more sunflower oil for 5-6 minutes until golden. In clean pan fry for 1-2 minutes chopped leeks, garlic, ginger and lemon peel. Add lemon juice, soy sauce, sesame sunflower oil, chili (hot pepper) to taste 1/3 cup water. Boil for about a minute and pour the fish with the prepared sauce.
