Sponge cake Vulcan

Ingredients
6 eggs
10 g baking powder (1 packet)
70 ml sunflower oil
200 g sugar
2 vanilla
3 tbsp cocoa
2 cup flour
# TOPPING:
100 g chocolate
20 ml an aromatic alcohol
200 ml cream
Method
Beat eggs with sugar until doubled in volume. Add the oil, cocoa and vanilla and stir 5-6 minutes. Cocoa can be dissolved in 2 tbsp hot water and then added to the mixture. Add and flour mixed with baking powder 4-5 parts. Not to be confused many, only to take flour. Pour into greased form with walls sprinkled with flour if it is Teflon - only oiled. Place in oven included only on the lower wire and heated to 200 C. Wait 10 minutes and includes from above. Bake for about 20-30 minutes (depending on oven sample with a wooden skewer or stick). When ready to pull and pour melted chocolate with alcohol. Once cool in the middle of the cake (the hole from the form) into the shattered cream can decorate with mint leaves.
