Stewed turkey with cream and raisins

Ingredients
600 g of turkey meat
2-3 tbsp butter or sunflower oil
1 cup cream
2-3 tbsp raisins
1 tsp flour
cinnamon
grated nutmeg
dill
parsley
salt
Method
Washed and dried meat of turkey cut into pieces, sprinkle with salt, cinnamon and grated nutmeg and fry in 2 tbsp oil. Raisins are washed and boiled briefly with 1/2 cup (100 ml) of water. Flour fry lightly in remaining oil, diluted with cream and add to raisins. Fried meat, pour this sauce and stew about 40 minutes. Remove from heat, sprinkle with finely chopped herbs and served with a side of potatoes and salad.
