Strawberry crown

Ingredients
700 g strawberries
5 tbsp sugar
20 g gelatin (2 packets)
400 g yogurt
200 g cream
3 tbsp cherry liqueur
1 tbsp lemon juice

Method
2/3 of strawberries place in pan and sprinkle with sugar. Heat of fire until the sugar is dissolved, then remove from the heat and leave to cool. Gelatin, pour 1/2 cup water and leave to swell. In a bowl mix the strawberries, yogurt, cream and liqueur. Beat with a mixer and add the lemon juice and dissolved in a water bath gelatin. Form cake is wetted with water and it is poured strawberry mixture. Leave in the refrigerator for a few hours to set. Once removed from the refrigerator is placed in a suitable bowl and garnish with remaining strawberries. Can be done in the form of heart, if you have one form.
