Striped stew of vegetables

Ingredients
7-8 peppers
10 tomatoes
5-6 potatoes
3 onions
200 g green beans
200 g peas
2 zucchini
1 eggplant
100 g okra
1-2 cloves garlic
1 cup sunflower oil
1 tsp paprika
parsley
salt

Method
Vegetables are washed well. Eggplant and tomatoes are peeled, scraped courgettes, green beans and okra cleaned of stems and pods of seminal part. Onions and garlic finely and sauté half of the oil. Put on the bottom of the ring cook everything in a deep pan. Spread the mixture on top of chopped vegetables (excluding potatoes), seasoned with salt and pepper. On them are the peeled and sliced ​​potatoes, sprinkle with salt and pour in the remaining sunflower oil. Casseroles your roof and bake in moderate oven about 90 minutes, during roasting can top up a little hot water (but no more than 1/2 cup).

All vegetables cut and put in the ring casseroles plus 5 pcs. small onions, was very tasty, often do it with the available vegetables in the refrigerator even without okra!

All vegetables in the baking pan are raw, they've put Boilers steaks that had to be grilled, but cooked well and vegetables wrapped in foil :)
