Stuffed mushrooms with shrimps

Ingredients
12 large field mushrooms
2 tbsp sunflower oil
1 cup water
1 small can of shrimp (about 200 g)
1/2 lemon
12 olives
black pepper, salt
Method
In a small saucepan pour the water, the oil and lemon juice. Add salt, sprinkle with pepper and The boiling. Clean and wash well hats mushrooms and put them into boiling mixture. Boil 3-4 minutes. Subtract mushrooms with a slotted spoon and let them drain well. Fill the caps with shrimp, sprinkle them with pepper, decorate them with an olive (pitted).
