Ingredients
8 onions (sweet)
100 g of canned baked beans
2-3 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup barbecue sauce - sweet, red
pieces butter
8 thin strips of bacon
pepper, salt
Method
Clean onions and carving. Mix in a bowl chopped onions inside, baked beans, sugar and barbecue sauce. In carved onion put bacon, stuffing, butter, pepper, salt. Bake on low heat until golden brown.
