Submitted by enr on 09 Feb 2010
Ingredients
1/2 cup sesame sunflower oil (or other sunflower oil)
2 cup flour
1 cup tahini
3/4 cup copper
Method
The oil is heated and to it add the flour. Of very low heat stir until the flour completely absorb the oil and the mixture is brown. Then add Tahan and continue stirring until the mixture is uniform color and texture. In a separate bowl pour honey, warmed (should not boil), remove from heat and immediately add tahanovata mixture. Stir until completely homogenized. Pour into greased pan with sunflower oil to cool. While cooled at the edges can be raised slightly with a spatula can then easily be separated from the tray. Store in a plastic box cool. Serve cut into thin slices.
