Ingredients
5 cups (1 kg) flour
500 g yogurt
2 eggs
1 tsp (5 g) of baking soda
salt
1 cup (200 g) powdered sugar
125 g butter
Method
On products (without the butter and sugar) is kneaded dough, roll it on buns with a thickness of 0.5 cm. They bake directly on the plate warmed on the stove from both sides. Coated with the butter, sprinkle with powdered sugar and served warm.
