Thracian chutney - I type

Ingredients
15 (1,5 kg) peppers
1-2 heads (100 g) onion
6 (300 g) tomatoes
3 tbsp (30 ml) vegetable oil
salt
otset
Method
The onion is peeled, cut into small pieces and beat mechanically in a mortar. peppers are roasted, peeled and finely chopped and tomatoes through a sieve, then add to the onion and rub with a pestle until become smooth mass. The mixture is seasoned with vegetable oil, vinegar and salt to taste and allow to stand for several hours, then serve.
