Thracian spicy sauce

Ingredients
9 kg red tomatoes
1 kg of sugar
250 g vinegar
16 g citric acid
2-3 Hot chyushleta
1 tsp ground black pepper
cinnamon 1 tsp
1 tsp crushed dried savory
1 tsp cumin
Method
Cut the tomatoes into pieces and Strain through a sieve or blender. Pour the mixture into the pan and stirring constantly, boil the fire until the sauce left 1/3 of the original amount. Add sugar, vinegar, citric acid, chushletata, black pepper, cinnamon, cumin and savory. Mix well and allow to boil. Pour into warm dry jars, closed with lids and jars are boiled for 10 minutes.
