Ingredients
red tomatoes, ripe
salt
Tomato Juice

Method
Well washed tomatoes are cut into pieces and ground in a machine to separate the skins and seeds. Add salt to taste. Filling bottles or jars are hermetically sealed and sterilized 20-25 minutes of boiling water.

and you can not boil?

In order not to boil should put a preservative. Once with ground tomatoes and peppers, salt and salicyl and full bottles. On top we put one finger oil. Perhaps in this way can be maintained and tomato juice. / Just reason, I have not done / But prepared by the same recipe I use it in the winter for direct drinking.
