10-12 kg tomatoes

1 bunch parsley

Method
Are selected ripe red tomatoes. Cut into small pieces and boil with the cleaned and finely chopped onion, garlic and parsley. Finally, add pepper and salt. cooked tomato rub through a sieve. The resulting paste is packed in small bottles that are sealed and boiled for half an hour. sauce is suitable for preparing any kind of dish, spaghetti, for buttercup and soups.

Because I love my sauce is slightly thick before you sterilize it boil a little more. It was a very aromatic, ready-to-eat sauce.
