Trout oven

Ingredients
6 trout
2-3 carrots
1 bunch celery leaves
1-2 onions
2-3 cloves garlic
200 g fat
2 lemons
salt
pepper

Method
Vegetables Wash and clean. Carrots cut into slices, onion and garlic into fine slices. Celery is cut, and the fish is washed and cleaned. Season with salt and pepper, dip in lemon juice and put each piece individually in aluminum foil. Pour fat, and all fish are distributed in equal part from vegetables. Each fish is wrapped well in fthe oil and arrange in pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes in a moderate oven (180 C) and served hot.

Very tasty happened! I do not put garlic and celery! Everyone has his taste :) But definitely fish became super when baked in foil!

I made it exactly and is super!

And mackerel cooked in this recipe becomes delicious.

I did and trout and mackerel. Were super delicious.

Very good recipe !!I grease the foil with oil, it does not stick fish.
