Turkey with mushrooms and onions

Ingredients
1 kg deboned turkey meat
3 onions
400 g mushrooms
4 tbsp sunflower oil
4 tbsp dry white wine
the juice of 1/2 lemon
3-4 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tbsp dried basil
2 tbsp mustard
2-3 large cloves of garlic
salt and pepper

Method
Turkey cut into cubes (for skewers). In a bowl, mix the mustard, wine, lemon juice, the oil, basil, crushed garlic, parsley, salt and pepper. The mixture is stirred well. Marinate the meat in this mixture for 20 minutes. Mushrooms cut into one, and the smaller left purposes. Chop into crescents. Chop the mushrooms and pour in meat marinated and stir well. After the entire mixture is poured into an envelope for baking, along with the marinade. The bag is tied, punctured with a sharp fork in several places and place in baking dish. Bake in preheated to 200 C (or according to instructions bag) for about an hour and a half. Serve warm.
