Ingredients
4-5 leeks onion
300 g feta cheese
2 tbsp (20 g) flour
3 eggs
3 tbsp (30 ml) sunflower oil
500 ml milk
black pepper
salt

Method
Leeks cut into pieces with a length of 2-3 cm, boiled in salted water and drain. In a greased baking pan put half the leeks, cover with feta cheese and sprinkle with pepper. On the feta cheese put half empty. Flour, fry until golden brown and mix with milk and beaten eggs. With so prepared sauce moussaka pour and bake until browned in a preheated oven.
