Vegan soup nettle and spinach

Ingredients
nettle
spinach
2-3 tbsp rice
2-3 tbsp sunflower oil
1/2 cube vegetable broth
3 scallions
1 tbsp margarine
1 clove garlic
tomato or tomato juice

Method
Take equal amounts of nettle and spinach. Put them in boiling lightly salted water with green onions for 7-8 minutes. Pureed be. Add the rice, the oil and vegetable broth. Once the rice is ready put tomato juice. Simmer for 4-5 minutes. Finally, add the garlic and margarine (it is optional). * The amount of nettle and spinach is optional. I put 2 handfuls of both. * I used frozen nettle, spinach and green onions. * The soup becomes ready for no more than 30 minutes.
