Volost shrimp

Ingredients
2 yolks
1 cm ginger root
large, cleaned shrimp (the number of Volost)
pepper, salt
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tsp dry mustard
400 g puff pastry
2 tbsp sour cream
150 g small shrimps
Method
From puff pastry sheets are cut circles with a glass with a diameter of about 7 cm. Half of them are cut in the middle with a hole of smaller size cup. Objectives circles arranged in a greased with butter tray. At the end are coated with egg yolk and place top circles with holes. They also smeared with yolk and bake at 200C about 25 minutes or until ready. Grate the ginger and stir with a clean, ground, boiled shrimp, cream, lemon juice, mustard, pepper and salt. Fired Volost fill with ready mix (if in the middle cooks are blowing too much pressed gently with your finger). Top is placed in a large shrimp.
