Ingredients
50 ml sunflower oil
1 yolk
white bread
butter
1 small tomato
salt, pepper or savory
cheese

Method
Cheese grated in a deep dish and treated add egg yolk, grated tomatoes, a pinch of salt and pepper (or savory). Mix very well. Apply the mixture on the slices of bread smeared in advance with little butter. Sandwiches bake until browned.

Very often I do this sandwich! Super is!
But I do not shred tomato and slice it very thin wafers, which put on the cheese and roast them so, but will try and your version :)
