Wings of turkey with rum and coriander

Ingredients
12 wings turkey
2 green chillies
4 cloves garlic
1 tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp cumin
2 tsp sea salt
2 lemons
1 onion
80 ml dark rum
6 tbsp (60 ml) olive oil
2 tbsp (20 g) brown sugar
3/4 cup (150 ml) chicken broth
fresh coriander
Method
Chillies cleaned of seeds and finely. Crush in a mortar with the garlic, coriander seeds, cumin and salt. Part of lemon peel (2 teaspoons) Grate and their juice is squeezed. Grated peel mix with 1 tbsp (10 ml) lemon juice 4 tbsp (40 ml) rum, 3 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil and chopped herbs. Wash and dry the wings marinated 2 hours in this mixture. Then the meat is removed from the marinade and fry 10 minutes in the remaining olive oil. Add chopped onion and sugar. Stew few minutes, then add the marinade, broth, remaining rum and lemon juice. Serve stew for another 45 minutes. Serve sprinkled with chopped fresh cilantro (parsley).
