Eggplant stuffed with minced meat

Ingredients
4 eggplants
200 g minced meat with spices
100 g feta cheese
100 g cheese
egg 1
2 cloves garlic
salt, pepper
# For the sauce:
4-5 tomatoes tin
2 onions
2 tbsp sunflower oil
salt, pepper

Method
Eggplants are washed and cut in half lengthwise, scatter with salt and leave to drain for 30 minutes. Then wash, dry and dug by their interior is maintained and eggplants are placed in boiling salted water for 5 minutes. In deep bowl mix the minced meat with egg, crumbled feta cheese, interior eggplants, crushed garlic, salt, pepper. The oven is heated. Eggplants are filled with the mixture and arrange in a greased baking dish, scatter with grated cheese and bake in a low oven. During this time, prepare the tomato sauce, chopped onions as fry 5 minutes on low heat, add the tomatoes, salt, pepper and boil for 15 minutes to thicken the sauce. Baked eggplant pour the sauce, the dish again put in the oven for another 5 minutes and serve immediately.
