Muffins * poached eggs *

Ingredients
90 g butter
300 g flour
1 tsp baking powder
100 g sugar
1 egg
1 vanilla
pinch of salt
150 g white chocolate
125 g yogurt or kefir
1 jar stewed apricots
powdered sugar for sprinkling

Method
The butter melts, with part of it is coated trays (12 medium muffins). Heat the oven to 200 C. To the remaining butter make up 75 g of juice compote Ira and egg mix. Set aside 12 apricot halves, the remaining finely and put into the above mixture. Chocolate cut in large pieces and mixed with flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and vanilla. Liquid mixture beat with a mixer, add dry a little bit. The dough is distributed on trays, put it in a half apricot. Bake 30 minutes. Once removed, apricots are coated with a little juice compote then muffins sprinkled with plenty of icing sugar.
