Spinach rolls

Ingredients
600 g spinach
200 g feta cheese
50 g butter
6 finely rolled filo pastry sheets
2 tbsp parsley
100 g cheese
Method
Spinach blanched for 3 minutes in boiling salted water. Then remove, cool and drain well. Drained spinach is cut and mixed with grated feta cheese. Peels are arranged in 3 one another and smeared with melted butter. Place the filling. Form a roll and transferred into an oiled pan. Shaped and second roll. Rolls sprinkled with sesame seeds and bake in a preheated to a temperature of 180 C oven for 20 minutes until golden brown.

If you bake each crust May will become quite maznichko ... but it's all a matter of taste.
