Method
A water bath melted chocolate, broken into pieces with the butter and allowed to cool. In another bowl whisk eggs with sugar until fluffy cream. Add gently cooled chocolate-oil mixture and mix until homogeneous. Sieve top flour, mixed with cocoa, salt, baking powder and vanilla and mix carefully. Add nuts and stir gently. Pour the mixture into a baking dish, covered with baking paper, measuring about 20x30 cm or round shape with a diameter of 26 cm. Bake in preheated oven at 160 C for about 25 minutes. With a toothpick check readiness. Allow to cool completely and then being removed from the mold. Meanwhile, prepare glaze. Water bath melts the remaining 100 g of chocolate, add the cream and stir well. Pour the cake and cut with a sharp knife to square or triangular forms.

Before I put 20 minutes to bake, smells amazing!

I used white sugar and became a little lighter but otherwise scary yummy! Bravo for the fantastic recipe!

hmm, maybe the problem is with me, but it became very dry. Marsh is extremely dry and very crumbly. Tasty, but barely swallow.Everything just kept my only doubt whether I enjoyed the right products. Instead of cooking chocolate (whatever that means), use *Natural* by a famous brand. Cream topping was to *plant for cooking.* Any ideas where I am wrong?

is incredible. This cake is a favorite of the whole family

A great recipe!

Hello! I want to ask him check with a toothpick if it is ready - you should stick to dry out? Now I checked it and walked out the match-brown perhaps is chocolate, but no crumbs in the match? Sorry for the question if you seem stupid, but I am a beginner in cooking!
