Fried sirenki (Hitchin)

Ingredients
2 cups flour
200 g feta cheese
3 tbsp yogurt
1/2 cup salt lukewarm water
salt, pepper
fat frying
Method
Sift the flour with water and get involved in hard dough. Rest 30 minutes. The feta cheese is crushed and with yogurt and pepper mix. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 0.5 cm. Cut out circles in the middle put 1 tsp of the filling and form balls. Fry in hot oil until golden.
