Dzadziki (Tsatsiki, Tzatziki)

Ingredients
800 g yoghurt
1 cucumber
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp lemon juice
dill
salt
mint leaves
Dzadziki (Tsatsiki, Tzatziki)

Method
Cucumber peel and grate. Allow to drain. Yogurt to add the crushed garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, chopped mint and dill. Add drained cucumber. Put in refrigerator for about an hour.

Here put inside dzadzikito and a little vinegar and a little whiskey :)

Mint in Greek tzatziki always mint. I tried it and I liked the mint gives it a different taste than regular milk salad.

yeah there is mint, but I have not written. I will try to fix it :)

If you miss the whiskey, it is our salad *Snow White* or as it is called - dry tarator.

In different regions prepare razlichno- as I've never tried dzhadziki whiskey or mint and a carrot, grated as a cucumber. Yes, like a *dry* tarator in Greece is the most popular garnish for meat.
