Ingredients
200 g leaves of dandelions
100 g chopped walnuts
3 tbsp honey
juice of 1/2 lemon
salt

Method
The leaves are soaked in salted water to them take bitterness. Cut into small pieces and mix with chopped walnuts. Add honey, seasoned with lemon juice and salt to taste.

Desi, this is where the modern name is arugula. Dandelion in ours:-) And really is very tasty, especially if you eat first and then see what it was;-) It tastes like dark green leaves of lettuce, but more intense and peculiar. Go with parmesan and pizza goes.
