Mince raw peppers and tomatoes

Ingredients
1 kg peppers
2 kg tomatoes
salt
parsley
celery leaves - optional

Method
Peppers cleaned of seeds. Tomatoes cut green around the handle. All the products are cut into pieces and ground with a machine for meat (large opening of the grid). Add chopped parsley, optional and celery salt. The filled jars were hermetically closed and boiled for 25-30 minutes. The number of products is indicative. You can put more tomatoes, or vice versa - more peppers.

14 baby and 1 jam jar. That's about 4 large jar - 800 ml. I use them not only for soup and cooking, and if the tomatoes are pulpy and juice is thick - with leek or vodnyak - salad.

It is very tasty! I do it for many years, but offer of accommodation and more time nastyrgzham and carrots. It and a great salad with leek and olive oil.
