Drunk chicken liver

Ingredients
1 kg chicken livers
300 g mushrooms
5-6 onions
2-3 eggs batter
1 cup flour
1 cup red wine
1 tsp dry basil
1 tsp thyme
salt
pepper

Method
Flour seasoned with basil, thyme, salt and pepper. Chicken livers Oval in flour, dip in beaten eggs and fry in more sunflower oil. Remove and place in an earthen vessel or glass pan. In the same fat stew coarsely chopped onions and mushrooms. When the tender is poured on livers, pour the wine, the court cover with a lid and place in preheated oven. Bake for 45 minutes at medium temperature (about 200 C). Serve with salad season.
