Watermelon ice cream

Ingredients
600 ml watermelon juice
50 g sugar
20 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
Method
Watermelon juice is poured into a suitable container for freezing. Add sugar and lemon juice and mix well. Place in freezer to freeze. In 20 minutes the vessel was removed and the contents stirred. Depending on the strength of the ice cream freezer becomes ready for about 4 hours. Serve immediately. Thus prepared ice cream can be stored in the freezer for several weeks.

It is very tasty, but a little nasty 4:00 to it because it is very slow! But otherwise superb!
