Ingredients
1 kg of flour
500 g yogurt
1 cup (200 ml) milk
egg 1
20 g yeast
1 tsp (5 g) of baking soda
1 tsp (5 g) salt
fat frying

Method
In yoghurt put salt and baking soda. In the slightly warmed milk dissolve yeast is added and beaten egg. Both milk and flour are mixed, the resulting dough is kneaded well. Allow to stand for 1 hour in the refrigerator. The dough is rolled out crust, cut into pieces and they fry in preheated oil. The dough can be stored in the refrigerator for a week and the goal is placed in greased with sunflower oil plastic bag.
