Mushroom moussaka

Ingredients
300 g mushrooms
5 onions
4 tbsp rice
2-3 carrots
5-6 potatoes
10-15 olives
3 tbsp tomato paste
savory, salt
sunflower oil

Method
All cut vegetables in large pieces. In clay stew put a little sunflower oil, pouring products. Tomato paste diluted with 1 cup and water was poured on top. Cover and bake in a moderate oven.

tasty, but the onions slightly pohrupvashe-perhaps better first to fry.

vania_rs, if you bake in moderate oven as it says in the recipe and put the lid - you will not nibble onion. The recipe is great. Bravo!

great camp, but I made it in a baking dish and put the olives, because I did not have.
