50 g fat

Method
The fat is heated slightly and it added a little salt and pepper. Top is broken eggs, being careful not spilled. Fry on medium heat until Thermally stable to slightly from the whitish veil egg white. Optional can sprinkle with pepper.

Now, in the heat, and I do not know how long they stayed in the store, and fry them on both sides.
Our eggs are homemade, my youngest son loves them exactly like this - fried both sides :)
