Layered cake Napoleon

Ingredients
200 g of margarine or butter
2 and 1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup water or milk
1 tbsp vinegar
250 g cream

750 ml milk
3 tbsp flour
3 yolks
1 1/2 - 2 cups sugar
200 g butter

Method
Softened margarine was ground together with the flour until the chips. Add water, cream and vinegar and mix dough - neither too soft nor too hard. The dough is allowed to relax well in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours. Then divided into 6-8 balls which are rolled sheets having a thickness of filo pastry sheets. Sheet is cut in the shape of the pan in which you will bake and clippings can be baked separately and used for decoration. Each crust is baked until golden, as before placing in the oven punctured with a fork to prevent air bubbles. To prepare the cream to the flour, add a little cold milk and beaten egg yolks and mix well. Then the rest milk is put on the fire and boils to it was added a mixture flour and sugar. Boil until it begins to thicken, add and vanilla, stir and remove to cool. Once cool add to it broken softened butter and mix. Ranks cake with cream sheet. Leave in the refrigerator overnight and served the next day. You can decorate with roasted clippings peel, finely ground.
