Ingredients
1 cup sugar
1 and 1/2 cup flour
250 g butter
2 tbsp baking powder
6 eggs
2 vanilla
4 and 1/2 tbsp cocoa
5 tbsp water
2 tbsp lemon juice
# For the syrup:
1 and 1/2 cup water
1 and 1/2 cup sugar
lemon peel

Method
In saucepan put the sugar, the butter, cocoa, water and lemon juice. Stir with a wooden spoon until melted. Leave the mixture to cool. Mix the egg yolks with vanilla and add them to the mixture. Let this mixture 1 cup and add the rest of the flour and baking powder. Separately shuffle egg whites (of snow) and add them little by little to the mixture, stirring gently (preferably with a wooden spoon). Pour into a greased and floured pan and bake about 30 minutes at 180-200 C. After it out, pierced with toothpicks and syrupy. Top cream, which we left (1 cup). Decorate with lemon zest.
