Ingredients
1 cup (200 g) beans
Chapter 1 (50 g) onion
6 tbsp (60 ml) vegetable oil
1/2 tsp (3 g) red pepper
salt
Method
Clean, washed beans are placed in earthenware pot and Pour 5 cups cold water. Add fat, coarsely chopped onion and red pepper. The pot is capped and put on low heat. Boil the soup to cook the beans. Add salt to taste and serve.
