Festive cake

Ingredients
500 g yogurt
2 eggs
1 yolk
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
20 g yeast
200 ml water
2 kg of flour

Method
Yeast suspended in warm water, add 1 tbsp sugar and 1 tbsp flour and allowed to rise. The flour is sieved 2 times and forms a well. Add yeast, eggs, 1 tbsp salt 1 tbsp sunflower oil, yoghurt with dissolved into it soda and flour. Shape the dough to knead until smooth and no longer sticky. Leave for half an hour to rest. In a greased pan with sunflower oil are arranged balls of dough daisy. Top is made cross. Place in hot down to rise, covered with a towel. Spread of the beaten egg yolk with a few drops of sunflower oil, to give the finish. Bake in a heated oven at 180 C for about 45 minutes. Remove, sprayed with a little water and cover with a cloth slightly to choke and soften the crust.
