Ingredients
4 eggs
1 and 1/2 cup sugar
300 ml sunflower oil
1 cup yogurt
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
flour as necessary for soft dough
jam or chocolate spread for filling
sugar, sesame seeds, poppy seeds for sprinkling
Method
Involved soft dough of eggs, sugar, the oil and baking soda, dissolved in advance yogurt and flour. Rolled peel that is cut into triangles. They put the chosen filling, roll, coated with beaten egg yolk, sprinkle with sugar (sesame, poppy seed) and bake in a slightly greased with sunflower oil pan.

Hello, I want to tell you that this recipe is great. Very fast, easy and delicious. I even try it in salty version. When the dough is not put sugar and a little salt. And then used for stuffing cheese and salami. Became great - try not to regret it.
