4-5 tbsp flour
sunflower oil for breaded
1 and 1/2 cup milk
salt
parsley

Method
Roasted peppers Peel, add salt and rolled in flour. PANIC in fat and are arranged in a pan with a wide bottom. Pour in the milk and add salt. The dish is cooked over low heat for 5-10 minutes until thickening the sauce. Serve sprinkled with parsley.
