Potato crackers

Ingredients
250 g flour
30 ml sunflower oil
50 g pork lard
1/2 tsp salt
# For the filling:
2 boiled potatoes
30 g cheese
20 g feta cheese
2 tbsp sunflower oil
2 cloves pressed garlic
2 tbsp herbs of your choice
1 egg

Method
In a bowl pour the sifted flour, the salt, the lard and the oil. Knead dough by Pour some hot water. You should get a soft, elastic dough. Grate the onion potato grater, cheese and the feta cheese. Mix them with other products for the filling and mix well. Roll out the dough into a thin sheet and cut it with a glass of circles. Make balls of stuffing. In the center of each circle of dough put in a ball. Pinch your fingers the edges of the dough circle so as to get the basket. Bake the pretzels to pinking in a preheated 180 C oven.

Great idea! Raw potato you should be? Will be baked if crude in the stuffing?

It must not be boiled potatoes!

I'm not sure were about 15 pieces, but it depends on how big do potato balls and circles of dough.
