Processed cheese

Ingredients
250 g feta cheese
2 tbsp flour
1/3 cup milk
50 g butter
salt
Method
The feta cheese grate finely grater and mix with milk. The butter is melted in a pan with a rounded bottom or less and put the flour. Fry slightly, then add the feta cheese. Put salt if needed. Fry stirring continuously so as not to burn. The appetizer is served with warm toast.
