Potatoes in the oven with white sauce
1 kg potatoes
150 ml milk
100 ml sunflower oil or olive oil
50 g flour
150 g cheese

Peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices, which are boiled in a little water with salt and a lump of butter. Separately warmed flour and milk is made white sauce, to which are added eggs. The sauce was diluted with broth on which they spin yarn potatoes. Grease the tin with fat, put the potatoes and pour 1/2 of the sauce and half of the grated cheese in large pieces. All this stir and pour the remaining sauce and sprinkle with the other half cheese. Bake until browned.
