Ingredients
42 g of yeast
400 g yogurt
3 tbsp melted butter
4 tbsp melted honey
1 kg of flour
# spreads:
yolk 1
2 tbsp milk

Method
Of products and 200 ml water was kneaded dough is allowed to rise. When risen, is divided into seven balls. Of each ball to make two wick and knit. Arrange in a circle. Smeared with yolk and milk and leave to rise again. Bake at 180 C

A dry yeast is it?

The set of fresh yeast is hardly a problem to replace dry - the amount according to the description on the packaging.

lalaland, because there are different packages dry yeast / 500 g flour or 1 kg / as they advised Nevi oriented along the directions on the package - if it says that these are 7 g for 500 g of flour, you are you need 2 sachets. Good luck!
