Milan minestrone

Ingredients
40 g salo
1 onion
1 sprig parsley
2 sage leaves
1 piece of celery
1 carrot
150 g potatoes
100 g zucchini
150 g cabbage
2 tomatoes
20 g butter
80 g beans
1 l broth
80 g rice
30 g feta cheese "parmesan" or "Emmental"
pepper
salt

Method
Clean and rinse beans soak overnight in cold water and the next day boiled in the same water until soft. Cut into small cubes salo and onion, finely chopped parsley and sage, celery and cabbage cut into julienne, carrots, potatoes and zucchini cubes, tomatoes are dipped briefly in boiling water, peel and cut into small pieces . Salo is melted, add the butter, onion, celery, carrot and fry. Add beans, potatoes, zucchini, broth and stew a little. Lastly add the cabbage, tomatoes, rice, salt and spices and boil until soft. Before presenting sprinkle with grated feta cheese. Separately can be served extra grated feta cheese.

Minestrone cook with broken spaghetti or other small pasta.

I love soup, minestrone, I might do only vegetables-carrots, cabbage, ripe red beans, spinach, green beans, tomatoes, olive oil, a little flour and spices. Leaked pasta and cheese. Very healthy, dietary and delicious :). Upload a photo :)
