Potato ochentsa

Ingredients
500-600 g potatoes
1/2 cup milk
ground white pepper
pinch nutmeg
4 tbsp butter
2 red peppers
3 tbsp corn or peas canned
300 g ham
2 tbsp sunflower oil
2 onions
salt
ground pepper
parsley
2 tbsp shredded cheese

Method
Well washed potatoes are cooked, peel and while still hot smash. Add hot milk and the butter and stir fluffy paste. Add salt to taste and sprinkle with white pepper and nutmeg. Diced onion stew in the heated sunflower oil. Add chopped peppers and ham and sauté with the lid on. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and add the drained corn and chopped parsley. In a greased baking dish with syringe make circles (ochentsa). Fill with the mixture and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in a moderate oven until the puree is golden color.

Yes, I have a handy put. I did Баница cheese and purslane . I like her, not to mention that it is useful.
