Ingredients
12 fine filo pastry sheets
4 eggs
300 g feta cheese
1 cup flour
1 cup yogurt
1/2 tsp baking soda
125 g butter or margarine

Method
Make a mixture of beaten eggs, crumbled feta cheese, flour and yoghurt with dissolved into it soda. The mixture was divided into 6 equal parts. Spread a crust with softened butter, put on her second crust, which is also smeared with butter and evenly spread 1/6 of the egg mixture. Sheet is rolled and placed in a greased pan (may rectangular, round can - then you will get round banitsa). After all rolled wafers are smeared with butter. The banitsa bake in a moderate oven. Baked banitsa, still hot, spray lightly with water, turns to paper and then with a thick towel to smother and remain soft.
